What insurances do you take?

We accept the following insurance plans. Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, Medicare and Out of Network

How long are sessions?

Each therapy session is 50 minutes long. Typically, we hold sessions once a week, but can do biweekly as needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card is accepted. In order to use a credit card, please fill out the credit card authorization form. Payments will be charged following each session. In addition to credit card, we also take in-person checks or digital payment through Zelle.

How much are each sessions?

Please reach out to us as the cost of sessions will depend on insurance.

How do I cancel a session if needed?

Please contact us through email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. You will be charged for the session if notice is given less than 24 hours in advance. Depending on availability, we may be able to schedule your session for another time in the week.
